Safety Decal Requirements

AS1428.1-2009 stipulates that visual glazing strips must meet specific criteria for safety. They must be a minimum of 75mm wide, solid, non-transparent, and create a contrasting line spanning the full width of a glazed door or window. This line should be positioned between 900mm and 1000mm from the finished floor level, and it must exhibit 30% luminance contrast.
