Cooltone made a strategic decision to enhance the ambiance of the reception area by initially applying 3M Prestige 40, subtly mitigating the sun’s impact. However, the client expressed concern about the morning sun’s harshness. Responding adeptly, Cooltone presented various samples and alternatives, proposing the use of a coloured translucent film, specifically Avery 5568 Beige Grey. This selection harmonised seamlessly with the external columns and building colour.

To ensure no interference with the existing Prestige film, the new film was expertly applied externally. Cooltone’s skilled installers employed a scissor lift for precise application to the middle third of the glass panels. The outcome exceeded expectations, delighting the client as the morning sun no longer posed an issue. The reception area is now gracefully shaded, boasting an aesthetically pleasing appearance that seamlessly integrates with the overall architectural aesthetic of the building.
