If you don’t wish to send measurements, this is perfectly ok, our team can come to site and measure for you!
Step 2: Site Measure
At Cooltone, our standard practice involves an on-site evaluation to understand your concerns and the type of glass you have. By pinpointing window positions, we can offer tailored solutions. Our sales representatives are equipped to showcase various options with samples.
Step 3: The Quote
After site measurement, our Sales Representative will send a formal quote via email, detailing pricing and any option information. To proceed with scheduling installation, we request a 50% deposit, crucial for procuring the specific film chosen. We’ll coordinate installation timing to avoid direct sunlight, ensuring a smooth process.
Step 4: Installation
Prior to installation day, prepare your windows by moving knick-knacks and window furnishings out of the way for easy access. On the installation day, ensure no obstructions hinder our team’s path, including keeping pets away from the area. These precautions ensure a hassle-free experience for both you and our installers.
Step 5: Completion
After installation, we’ll contact you to ensure everything meets your satisfaction. We aim for your delight with the end result. Once confirmed, we promptly send the invoice for the remaining balance, prioritising your satisfaction throughout the process. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
