Technical Information

3M Fasara Films are made of thin, durable polyester with a decorative matte surface and are recommended for application to interior glass and the inside of exterior glass windows.

Fasara Films are not recommended for use on glass substrates, for example acrylics or polycarbonates.

The nominal thickness is less than 0.01mm, depending on film type. These films are manufactured with a silicone liner, which protects the clear pressure-sensitive adhesive, and except for the absence of an application layer, are applied using the same tools and techniques used with other 3M Scotchtint Solar, Safety and Security Films.
